CenturyLink will be doing maintenance on their peering in our SEF POP. During this time period, customers homed to the SEF POP will only see a loss of routing paths over the CenturyLink network. Traffic will be re-routed through our other providers in the POP. During this maintenance KRS customers will NOT experience any loss of IP or Loyalty Communications.

Identified - At 07:30 AM MST, we identified an issue with a 3rd-party Internet Service Provider that resulted in down/delayed loyalty transaction processing from select sites. We have restored the majority of the sites and are working to restore the remaining offline locations.
